Our Vendor Relations department proactively supports and manages Auto-Net’s / Coach-Net’s
independent service provider network of over 40,000 providers throughout the United
States and Canada.
Rating System
Auto-Net / Coach-Net’s service provider rating system is unique because we manage
ratings down to the type of service offered. All service providers in our system
have a rated score. Our philosophy is one that promotes and rewards independent
service providers who demonstrate the highest service quality, which ultimately
translates into high customer satisfaction.
Flatbed Program
Auto-Net / Coach-Net created a flatbed towing network in 2002 to serve the classic
car market. As a result, our independent service provider network is robust and
diversified in service and coverage areas.
Preferred Providers
To provide the best customer service possible, we dispatch the highest-rated service
provider for a specific type of service. We are always looking to recruit the best
service providers in the industry to join our Preferred Provider program. Our Preferred
Providers are dedicated to customer satisfaction and meet specific criteria set
by Coach-Net. These individuals play a key part in our plan to offer the top-notch
service that clients and customers expect in a competitive market.
